"Words cannot describe how thankful I am to have been connected with Maggie while purchasing my first home. Even though we had all the odds stacked against us with a market where houses were selling for $30K over the asking price, she encouraged me each step of the way to keep my head about me and not to settle. When we finally found the perfect fixer-upper, the other realtor who was in charge of the property dropped every ball he could: finding his client a new apartment, scheduling the viewings and notifying the client, keeping his client on task to move out in time, scheduling the pool cleaning, etc. For each item that he missed or neglected to handle, Maggie stepped in and filled his place. She made sure she was always helping the process along to help me get this house even to the point of helping the other realtor's client find a new apartment to live in. When it came time for final inspections, she was there helping along with my family to clean out the backyard and get everything ready. She truly is a gem among realtors and I would work with her again in a heartbeat. She has a wonderful, friendly personality and stays professional even in the face of overwhelming odds. "We came across an open house in Turlock. We decided to take a look at the house and really fell in love with it. It was pretty much what we were looking for. Maggie was the realtor showing the house. She was awesome all the way through the process. Every time we called her she picked up phone. When she was busy or with another client she would text and then call right back. She also explained the steps and process the whole time. We highly recommend her and we would definitely use her again!!!"

"My husband Elly and I, Maria are so lucky to have Maggie Garcia to be our Angency. Due to an emergency family situation , we neeeded to sell the house and at the same time to purchase time in a month. She took such challenge project with us, constantly communicat and text with us to update the buyer and seller information in the same time. Because of her professional job, we only did one open house, and house was sold. She also send her Handman to help us move out all funiture and re paint the kichen so we can out the house on the market for sale in a week. In the same time , she helped us find a new place in the same time which saved us the hotel money. The best of her quality is thT alway only communication Chanel with us , do not hide anything . She puts her client’ benefit as her priority. We almost bought one home, did inspection and signed all the paper, but last minutes , we decided to withdraw from our offer, she is so patient to us and quickly find another one , she has a heart to help people not just want to earn her commission.
